Banned from GoldenTalk - For no reason

Earlier today I got banned from goldentalk forum from pointing out the fact that one of my posts was not in accordance with the forum rules. This, I cannot agree with.

This is jambutties reasoning:

It seems to me that you wanted to put the boot in on Royal Monitor just because he had the effrontery to ask for payment to monitor your programme. That is in breach of the forum rules.
Abuse and Misuse of the forum.
Abuse of the Forum Rules, misuse of the forum, abuse of fellow members, abuse directed at Moderators and forum Admin will not be tolerated. Abusers will be banned without warning.

This is not true. I wanted to remove that post because of

#1: forge of chat. I have proven that his chat is incorrect. I have shown that mine is, and as pointed out by SmartzKool his chat could not be true for the reasons in that post.

#2: fake monitor. He owns a monitors that does 600% after 6 minute plans, what is obviously a scam.

#3: a threat of fake voting: as provied in my chat screenshot, he was making a threat of fake voting which IS a direct breach of goldpoll rules, and therefore I assume goldentalk.

So that nulles the first reason Jambutty banned me for the 2nd:

11) Posts should be truthful, factual and accurate. If you are posting your OPINION about an HYIP then do not present it as a FACT and back up your opinion with verifiable evidence.

I am backing it up with viable evidence! there is no way that a 600% after 6 minute program could possibly last that long that CAN be treated as a fact correct? that is about as verifiable evedence as anybody could ask for. So i said it PROBABLY (note that is not expressing it as a fact) was some sort of a monitoring plan, what is common for these types of scam monitors.

I have sent an email of the contents of this latest post on this blog to jeff. I hope that he will respond and clear this up. Because as of now it makes no sense whatsoever.
